When is racism not racist?

PZ Myers unearth a very disturbing bit (well, apart from everything else he wrote, that is) from an interview with Hayek: Not racist at all.

Utterly disgusting. Once again demonstrates the principle that nothing good can follow a sentence that begins with "I am not a racist, but…" (and replace racist with homophobe, elitist, misogynous, to the same effect)
