More Patent Woes

I barely finished posting a commentary about the multiple problems with current
Intellectual Property laws, a couple more examples showed up.

First, a patent troll (see the definition on the previous posting), had some ridiculous patent claims dismissed, but vows to keep at it: Intellectual Ventures Big Case Shut Down By Judge Over Completely Bogus Patents.

Second, and more problematic, another example of what the current system of drug patents brings about: The Quest: $84,000 Miracle Cure Costs Less Than $150 to Make. cleardot.gif
